S Role Job Description 1 Deputy Manager Facilities. • Executing the plan of action within the available resources • Compiling work reports, cost analysis, budgets. • Preparing R.F.P, B.O.Q, P.O, W.O, proposals, Contracts. • Coordinate the day to day administrative and logistical requirements of the Project/ Facility Manager. 2 Project Coordinator. • Coordinating the project with the site engineers, contractors and interface between all related departments to execute the project timely. • Coordinating and interfacing with external and agencies such as Govt authorities, clients, sub contractors etc. 3 Executive assistant – Costing, Stores, Contracts, Business Development, Customer care, Security, Administration, Operations, Purchase, Project Coordination. • Assisting the department to expedite the task / fill in the voids in the team. • Assist the manager to prepare the documents for smooth interface with related departments. • Managing the available resources by cost optimization. • Techno commercial and market survey tasks for marine specialization in decision related back-up documentations. 4 Marine Operations & Project Management. • Employing strategic Ops and executing the marine security operations to meet the objective and standard. • Deliver the project within the scope, budget and on time. 5 Boat Captain. • Operate and maintain the boats, yachts as per directives. 6 Diver on 24Hrs call basis. • To clear fouled propellers, survey, inspection etc. • Search and recovery, survey, salvage work. 7 Maintenance In-Charge • Maintain the inventory, history of the plant and machinery, supervise the routine, periodic, preventive and repair maintenance as per manufacturer’s procedures. 8 Rescue Squad Leader. • Organizing and conducting basic and advance courses. • Attending executive protocol and protection duties.
