I do perform the actual deliveries and in the case that a visitor went into labor, I most definitely could help her deliver her baby. Rancho Cortez is a family owned property. Over the last 7 years I have been a part of all operations from ranching to complete company management. In 2007 I joined the Ranch Staff full time in order to introduce and implement an updated Marketing and Business plan and format. The goal was to increase revenue and expand brand knowledge. I accomplished this goal by taking a 100% hands on standpoint. The following are the main components of my work, which resulted in heightened revenue. I of coarse left the Ranch on the best of terms.
